Harvest will be early August, so reserve your grapes NOW!
Merlot and Shiraz are $1.40 per pound, with crushing included. There is a 50 pound minimum, but it takes 60 pounds to make 5 gallons of wine.
We are small and you will get personal assistance with picking your grapes and, if you need it, making your wine.
For 2019, we have approximately 500 pounds of Merlot wine grapes available.
For 2019, we have approximately 300 pounds of Shiraz wine grapes available.
For 2019, we have approximately 75 pounds of Sauvignon blanc wine grapes available.
For 2019, we plan to start harvesting on Saturday, August 3, at 7:00 a.m.
Since we are a small vineyard, all grapes are pre-sold. Once you decide which variety or varieties that you would like, send us an email and we will confirm fruit availability and an exact date and time for you to be here for your harvest!
Yes, we have a crusher/destemmer that we will use to process your grapes as soon as you finish picking. Be sure to bring two 6 gallon fermentation buckets for every 75 lb picked, and any treatment "chemicals" that you may want to use immediately, such as pectic enzyme. Plan to go straight home or you will need to put your fruit on ice!
